Tender marinated meat layered with fragrant basmati rice, saffron, caramelized onions, and whole spices, sealed and cooked dum-style for deep flavor.
This is Hyderabad on a plate. Our Dum Biryani’s is made using traditional layering and slow-cooking techniques. Each grain of rice is infused with saffron and spice, and the meat is fall-apart tender. Served with raita and a side of salan.
