Under no circumstances shall The Saffron Edit or its associates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the Services.

6. Orders, Returns, and Refunds

When you place an order, you order directly from The Saffron Edit. All products are made and packaged 100% by The Saffron Edit, ensuring quality assurance. Orders are subject to acceptance by The Saffron Edit. All orders are final at the time of processing. Returns are not accepted online; any refunds are at The Saffron Edit’s discretion and only at the store location.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances (including negligence), shall The Saffron Edit, its affiliates, agents, employees, or associates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Claims related to the site or these Terms must be instituted within one year after the cause of action arises.

8. User Conduct and Content

By posting or submitting content, you grant The Saffron Edit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. All matters relating to The Saffron Edit website or app and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal suits or proceedings must be filed in the courts located in California.
